After coronavirus shutdown, Virgin Galactic sets its sights on commercial space flights

After ceasing operations at Spaceport America in March, space tourism venture Virgin Galactic continues to work toward sending paying customers into the final frontier.

But during an investor call Tuesday outlining the company’s first quarter results, executives did not offer an updated timeline for commercial operations, and said it’s too early to know the true impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
