Albuquerque aviation director takes position with Oakland International Airport

Nyika Allen, the city of Albuquerque’s Aviation Department director, announced her plans to depart for the Bay Area and take a position with the Port of Oakland.

Allen, who was appointed by Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller in 2018, announced on Friday she has accepted a position as the assistant director of aviation and will help to oversee the Oakland International Airport.
