Albuquerque energy company secures $15 million contract with city of Santa Fe

Santa Fe Public Works Director Regina Wheeler said once the city closes on a tax-exempt lease purchase municipal financing bond later this month, it will then issue the purchase order to Yearout Energy to begin construction.
