Bankruptcy filing: Chuck E. Cheese parent asks to break lease at Albuquerque Peter Piper Pizza location

As part of CEC Entertainment’s plans for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filed last week, the Irving, Texas-based company has asked the court to reject the leases of 45 Peter Piper Pizza and Chuck E. Cheese locations that won’t reopen.

The list includes the Peter Piper Pizza location at 1000 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, according to the court filing. It also includes 11 locations that closed prior to Covid-19.
