City of Raton enters supplier agreement with Guzman Energy

City of Raton manager Scott Berry said Raton was paying about $0.62 per megawatt hour with former provider Twin Eagle. Under the new agreement with Guzman Energy, it will pay about $0.43 per megawatt hour.
