Colorado withdraws from Sprint/T-Mobile lawsuit after jobs promise

Colorado has become the latest state to drop its participation in the multistate lawsuit to stop the Sprint Corp./T-Mobile US Inc. merger after striking a jobs-promising deal with Colorado-based Dish Network Corp., the state’s attorney general’s office announced Monday.
