Like Dutch Bros.’ new Santa Fe location, Eakin is considering additional users adjacent to the stand or being a co-tenant with the coffee chain at future locations. He said quick-service restaurants or a retail user could complement Dutch Bros.’ given the heavy traffic counts the coffee stands draw.
