The New Mexico-based company announced Wednesday it plans to open a restaurant in Roswell at the intersection of South Main Street and West Wildy by winter 2020.
The 4,500-square-foot location will feature a dining room with seating for up to 108 customers, a drive-thru window and Dion’s trademark viewing stand for children to watch pizzas being made. The restaurant also will feature catering and delivery.
