Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department gets new cabinet secretary

The Governor’s Office announced Monday a nonprofit co-founder and former U.S. Department of Energy official is set to take over as cabinet secretary of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department on May 8.
