Environmental Planning Commission sets special hearing date for proposed stadium at Balloon Fiesta Park

The City of Albuquerque’s Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) is set to hold a special hearing to discuss amending the Balloon Fiesta Park master plan to allow for construction of a new soccer stadium on park grounds.
