Franchisee to open first Slim Chickens restaurant in Albuquerque

Franchisee Dennis Ekstrom is bringing chicken tenders from Slim Chickens to Albuquerque. The restaurant is 3,200 square feet and is located at 8240 Montgomery Blvd. NE. The site will open in early October.
