Geltmore LLC acquires Southeast ABQ industrial facility in effort to expand, spur local consumer products industry

Geltmore Karsten LLC acquired the 52,856-square-foot industrial facility at 2810 Karsten Ct. SE for $6.2 million, Geltmore LLC Vice President Adam Silverman said. The LLC represented itself in the deal, and CBRE’s Jim Smith, Brecken Mallette and Cindy Campos represented the landlord.
