An Arizona grocery chain that recently opened a new location in Shiprock on the Navajo Nation is being acquired by another independent regional grocery chain based out of Sacramento, California.
Bashas’ Family of Stores, which has operated in Arizona for nearly 90 years and operates two New Mexico locations, announced to their employees on Friday it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Raley’s.
