Here’s how much Gen Z needs to start saving to afford a home in ABQ

Albuquerque landed in the middle of the pack in a new ranking based on the cost of buying a home for the next generation of buyers, known as Generation Z.

Realtor.com, the California-based real estate listing search company that conducted the analysis, found that on average, Generation Z will need to save $304 per month to afford a down payment on a median-priced home in 2031.
