High-intensity fitness studio to make ABQ debut in NE Heights

Duke City residents will soon be able to experience 45 minutes of high-intensity training rounds in the Northeast Heights.

Functional 45 Training, a worldwide fitness studio, is set to open its first Albuquerque location in January. Albuquerque natives Jeremy and Kendall Harris are the local franchise owners of the growing concept, created in 2012 in Australia.
