Hotel Parq Central brings back laid-off workers with federal aid

Like many in the hospitality industry, Hotel Parq Central in Albuquerque has had a rough few months.

Following a wave of statewide government restrictions in March meant to slow the spread of the coronavirus, event bookings and room reservations had stopped almost completely. That left hotel management scrambling to save money. To do so, the hotel laid off most of its staff in March. Out of about 45 total employees, 35 were left without work
