Houston telecom firm to invest $250M in New Mexico

A Houston-based telecommunications company said it plans to invest upwards of $250 million to build out a fiber internet work in New Mexico, first in Albuquerque and then potentially in other parts of the state, as the firm’s first expansion outside Texas.
