Influx of cannabis testing labs could alleviate delays, but state still lags on capacity

Until recently, only Rio Grande Analytics, Scepter Labs and Argon Labs were licensed by the Cannabis Control Division to test products from the state’s more than 1,400 growers and manufacturers.
