Joan Day-Baker works to expand skilled trades in rural, Tribal communities

There is breaking the glass ceiling, and then there is breaking barriers in the trades. Joan Day-Baker is on staff with UA Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 412 in dual roles: director of outreach and engagement as well as political affairs director.
