Lavu seeks to recover almost $240K from Mississippi business accused of buying luxury cars

The case dates back in April 2020, when Lavu alleged in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi that Damion May, along with his company May Day Movers LLC, used its Sourcery invoicing platform to fraudulently obtain the money.
