Legacy Development plans next phase of Northeast Heights apartment project

On Wednesday, The Peaks by Markana Phase II project will be presented to the Albuquerque Development Review Board. According to the application with the DRB, the development will have 72 one-bedroom units and 48 two-bedroom units on the 134,483-square-foot building.
