Albuquerque-based ONE Aviation filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on Tuesday, according to court filings. The company was formed as a result of a merger between Wisconsin’s Kestrel Aircraft and Albuquerque’s Eclipse Aerospace. It manufactures and provides service and upgrades for its lightweight jet planes.
ONE Aviation was not immediately available for comment.
