New Mexico Capital Partners, the owner of Little Bear Coffee and other ventures, announced Wednesday it had acquired Nob Hill Bar & Grill from Nicole Kapnison, a longtime Albuquerque restaurateur who purchased Nob Hill Bar & Grill in 2014.
