Local homebuilder receives permit for final lot in Albuquerque's Northeast Heights

Rich Gantner and Tiara Homes Inc. are inching closer to completing the Rohan subdivision on Eagle Rock Avenue and Wyoming Boulevard.

On Oct. 21, a building permit was issued for 7527 Eagle Rock Ave. NE — the fifth and final lot at the Rohan subdivision, Gantner said. The home has already been sold, he said, adding the community was built with two homes pre-sold and another three speculation houses.
