New Mexico program offering support for substance abuse disorders in closes in on one-year mark

A free program aimed at getting New Mexicans with substance use disorder on a path to treatment and recovery has nearly completed its first year. And since its launch in November 2020, the 5-Actions Program has helped hundreds of people begin to consider a life free from the use of drugs and alcohol.

While helping hundreds may not sound like a lot, considering the scope of the problem in New Mexico, every little bit helps.
