NM businesses face new restrictions as governor instructs residents to stay at home for two weeks

New Mexico for the next two weeks is effectively locked down as state officials made the decision to go back to a strategy that has previously stemmed the spread of Covid-19 infections.

Citing a level of infections that makes it nearly impossible to keep state residents safe, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham instructed New Mexicans to stay at home and only leave the house for essential things like food, water, emergency medical care, a flu shot or to be tested for Covid-19.
