NM remains on D.C.'s list of high-risk locations subject to self-quarantine order

D.C.’s executive order calling for anyone traveling to the District for nonessential activities from places deemed Covid-19 hot spots to self-quarantine has been updated with a new list of 39 states it considers high-risk.

Eight states were added to the order in an update announced Monday morning: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. No states were removed from the last update from two weeks ago. The nearby states of West Virginia and Delaware…
