PNM and CYFD partner to create the Duffels with Dignity project

PNM and the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) announced a partnership to create the Duffels with Dignity project. Nearly 2,000 children are currently in the state’s foster care system and, many of them do not own any luggage of their own.
