Private utility pens agreement for potential $100M solar project outside Clovis

Epcor Utilities Inc., a private utility headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with operations in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, announced Tuesday it signed an agreement with Maryland-based energy firm SyngerGen Solar to develop a 90-megawatt solar project just outside Clovis.
