Prominent space at the Santa Fe Railyard hits the open market

A little over two years after making the acquisition, Kris Axtell and 500 Market LLC are ready to sell about 60,000 square feet of commercial space at the Santa Fe Railyard.

NAI SunVista’s Tai Bixby is the listing broker for the Market Station at the Railyard. It is listed for $17.5 million.
