Proposal heads to Environmental Planning Commission to allow for stadium at Balloon Fiesta Park

With outdoor sports stadiums currently not allowed at Balloon Fiesta Park, a proposal is headed to the Environmental Planing Commission to amend the Park’s master development plan to allow for a future New Mexico United soccer stadium.
