Proposed legislation would expand New Mexico's tax incentives for film productions

The bill calls for gradually increasing the yearly cap on film credit rebates from $110 million to $210 million over the next decade. And doubles the rural credit for productions that are shot 60 miles beyond the borders of Bernalillo and Santa Fe Counties to 10%.
