Seattle firm makes $60M investment in ABQ’s multifamily market

Attracted by Albuquerque’s economic stability, Seattle-based Thayer Manca Residential LLC is making a more than $60 million play in the Duke City.

Thayer Manca unveiled new branding and renovations of the 264-unit Circ Apartments, previously known as Ventana Canyon Apartments, on Albuquerque’s Westside Monday. The firm acquired Circ Apartments in November from San Francisco-based real estate investment firm Hamilton Zanze.
