Expected to open in late 2019, the 65,000-square-foot building will have three levels featuring 102 climate-controlled hitting bays, a full-service restaurant and three bars, a rooftop terrace with fire pits and 3,000 square feet of private event space.
Last July, a judge halted plans for the facility after residents said the land was not properly zoned for the project.
