Sunport reports massive decline in passengers traveling to and from ABQ

Passengers traveling through the Albuquerque International Sunport decreased by about 50% in March compared to the previous year, according to data released by the city’s Aviation Department on Tuesday. The decrease comes about a month after officials announced a “record low” amid the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
