SunZia legal challenges continue after Tribes move to appeal U.S. District Judge ruling

Two Tribes in Southeastern Arizona said they intend to appeal an April 16 U.S. District Judge’s decision to deny their request to pause construction on the over $10 billion SunZia Transmission and Wind project regarding a “culturally sensitive” valley, where construction on the massive transmission line is nearing the first phase of completion.
