Survey: Rent, taking care of staff top concerns for NM small businesses amid coronavirus

Paying rent and taking care of employees during the COVID-19 virus outbreak ranked among the top concerns of respondents in a new survey of New Mexico entrepreneurs and business owners.

Other concerns included paying bills and making payroll.

The 14-question survey was conducted online by the WESST Enterprise Center, an Albuquerque small business development organization. It includes a mix of multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions, and had 119 respondents as of Friday morning. WESST provided…
