Storylab, a homegrown interactive technology startup, held its first “immersive dining” event on Thursday at its Downtown studio. Creative Director John-Mark Collins described the experience as a story-driven meal where each course represents a different piece of a narrative. The night’s theme was space travel and the food was made by Albuquerque’s Savor.
