As adult-use recreational cannabis sales open Friday, Fisher and Dreamz Dispensary are inching closer to a New Mexico debut. Fisher, the COO and co-founder of the Texas-based CBD Pros USA, plans to open two Albuquerque Dreamz Dispensary locations in the next two weeks.
