Titan Development breaks ground on 281-unit High Desert luxury apartment complex near the Sandias

A new community amenity to complement the complex’s proximity to the Sandia Mountains is an adventure room on-site where tenants can rent mountain bikes, day packs with canteens, snowshoes, and other outdoor equipment, Titan said. Construction is expected to finish in 2023.
