Virgin Galactic countersues Boeing over alleged contractual failures regarding next-gen 'mothership' program

Virgin Galactic (NYSE: SPCE) filed a counter lawsuit against The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) and subsidiary Aurora Flight Sciences Corp. on April 4 over work related to Virgin’s “mothership,” two weeks after Boeing and Aurora first sued Virgin alleging the space travel company stole trade secrets and failed to pay Aurora for work on the next-generation mothership program.
