Northern New Mexico ski town Angel Fire has just experienced its third record-breaking year in a row for real estate, and new data indicates the rural mountain community might be one of the last affordable ski destinations for owning a vacation home.

Angel Fire property is between 20 and 40 percent cheaper than a comparable one in Colorado, according to a study conducted by an Angel Fire-based RE/MAX Mountain Realty.
