Winter weather and dangerous roads force closures across central NM

The New Year’s Day snowstorm has forced the closure of many offices statewide, as dangerous road conditions are declared throughout the central and eastern parts of the state.

The city of Albuquerque announced early Wednesday morning that non-essential services and offices would be closed for the day due to icy roads and dangerous driving conditions.
