Affordable housing developer plans to renovate six housing communities in rural New Mexico

Community Preservation Partners plans to start interior, exterior and common area renovations in January and complete them next August. Those housing communities are in Las Vegas, Portales, Artesia, Belen and Ruidoso Downs.
