Lavu agrees to vacate Downtown office space following lawsuit

Albuquerque tech company Lavu reached an agreement to vacate its Downtown office.

A stipulated order signed by a Second Judicial District Court judge says Lavu had through Jan. 8 to vacate the facility. The order settles one of the key issues in a civil suit filed against the company by Albuquerque Plaza Office Investment LLC, the landlord for the space. A stipulated order is one that both parties agree on.
