Saggios has been in business for more than 40 years at its location across from the University of New Mexico at 107 Cornell Dr SE. It aims to open its second later this year at the Coronado Center, said Gian Casale, a co-owner of Saggios.
Casale said he began eyeing the location in February and finalized the deal last month.
