Lujan Grisham: 'November is going to be really rough on all of us' because of continued rise in Covid-19 infections

State officials said New Mexico could see an average of 13 deaths per day due to Covid-19 in the coming weeks, and Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Thursday said November could be the most difficult month of the pandemic.

Lujan Grisham, during her first briefing in a couple of weeks, announced 862 new Covid-19 infections and 23 deaths Thursday, the highest single-day number of deaths since the pandemic reached New Mexico.
