A new report by Arizona State University, titled “Doing Business North America,” explored the amount of time, cost and number of steps required to get a business off the ground, to measure the impact of business regulations. The findings were part of a broader analysis by the university on the ease of doing business in 115 major North American cities dotting the United States, Canada and Mexico.
