Las Cruces was ranked one of the best cities to flip houses in the country by WalletHub. The city was ranked No. 9, just below Greensboro, North Carolina. While Las Cruces was No. 6 when it came to renovation and remodeling, the city was No. 129 when it came to quality of life.

Albuquerque was ranked No. 98 out of 172 cities on the list. Albuquerque was also ranked last for percentage of home flips.…
