Some New Mexico small businesses eligible for SBA disaster loans, state's outdoor recreation economy growing faster than the U.S. overall

Small, nonfarm businesses in 12 New Mexico counties, and three neighboring counties in Texas can apply for low‑interest federal disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

These loans are meant to offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by drought events in August.
